The right to development is one of the solidarity rights that oblige all the state, the international community, and national, regional, and international official and non-official organizations to adopt legislative and executive measures, and to take effective measures in order to ensure that every human being enjoys that right that has gone beyond its limited scope to what has become known as comprehensive sustainable development, which Ensure a life of well-being for all within a system that protects human dignity.


The Technocracy for Development and Research works to shed light on comprehensive development and the mechanisms for achieving it in Libya in partnership with public and private entities, according to a scientific approach that formulates effective national strategies, that promote human values and rights, and guarantee them the dignity that they deserve for god’s saying in the Quran: “And indeed We have honored the Children of Adam”


Believing that there is no progress without knowledge, research and values of coexistence, and there is no comprehensive and sustainable development except through perseverance to confront poverty, raise the level of education and health, improve the living conditions of families, consolidate the values of equality, justice and all human values, and digital transitioning the state to confront corruption according to scientific bases, and prepare reports and statistics to evaluate The situation from the perspective of development indicators.
To make positive change, we believe that sustainable comprehensive development is a right for every human being, and an obligation for the competent national, regional and international authorities.
